hehe grrrrreat! i've lived in a couple ny neighborhoods where the sidewalks were like a dog poo museum. i think most people, the majority, are very conscientious about picking up after fi-fi. but those who don't make our sidewalks full on icky-ville.
 

Sounds like the inventors may have been watching the pretty-much-straight-to-video Jack Black film, "Envy."

I once slipped in dog poo on the way to work and almost went ass over tea kettle. I think the idea of a "craporium" is great - a dedicated place to poo your dog. It could be a yard or whole lot where owners have to step through the poo if they are caught not cleaning up.

Maybe it's the cough syrup talking...
