the best part of videoblogging is the opportunity to see those lovable talking heads without proper lighting and makeup

My first time... it was very cool. I'm still thinking and will come back for more.

Your book sounds very intriguing.

Good Show!

I was just checking that Polyphonic Spree site earlier today, and now I see you mentioning on your vlog. WOOO FATE or something.

I linked you on my lame-ass videoblog and subscribed to your feed, I hope more people check you out. It's like wacky RocketBoom. Nothing against RB, but I like your ramblings better than news and news-satire. If Andrew reads this, I STILL WATCH RB.

This is probably one of the best new vlogs right now.

Dang, thanks, all!
re: lighting: yes, 2 75 watt GE soft white bulbs are hardly proper!
re: rb: thanks again, although I might not be doing this if it weren't for rocketboom. I auditioned for their weather guy several weeks ago and was introduced to the whole idea, and just flew with it and started my own before i even heard back from them. and then the New York Times article came out... and I knew I just had to do it... you may still even see me on rb some day soon. And hopefully everyone sees the difference between rb and what i'm doing here. and of course, I come from a background of doing live interactive TV teaching on cable access. (See May 24, 05 for a sample of that.) So this is kind of a personal extension of that. And I hope to somehow incorporate vlogging into my high school german classes, which are now entirely online.

cheers,
clark
